Questions, answered
How ordering works, what it costs, and when it arrives — before you send your first request.
Ordering
Why do you ask for the chassis number?
The chassis number (VIN) identifies your exact trim and engine. It is what lets us guarantee the part we order is the one that actually fits. If you do not have it, a clear photo of the old part helps a great deal.
Can I send photos of the part?
Yes — up to 8 photos per part, straight from your phone. They are resized automatically before upload, and they often identify a part faster than any description.
Do I need an account?
To send a request with photos and follow it, yes: creating one takes a minute, and our team approves it before your first request. For a quick question, WhatsApp works without one.
Do you supply used parts?
Yes. When you send the request you choose between OEM, aftermarket or used, and we price whatever is available.
Do you handle bulk orders?
Yes, we work with a number of garages and retailers, with pricing that varies by volume. Note the quantity in your request.
Prices and payment
Is the quoted price final?
Yes. A quote is a fixed price in dinars with the estimated delivery time. You accept or decline it in your account, and nothing is ordered until you accept.
How is payment handled?
By BaridiMob, CCP or cash. You send us proof of transfer and we confirm it before the order goes out.
Delivery and follow-up
How long does importing take?
Usually three to six weeks depending on the part and the supplier. The estimated window is on the quote, before you commit to anything.
How do I follow my order?
In your account, each order shows where it stands — received, quoted, accepted, in progress, delivered — and you are notified as it moves forward.
What if the part does not fit?
If the mistake is ours, we own it. That is exactly why we insist on the chassis number and photos up front — they prevent most errors in the first place.
