Who is responsible
ZDS Auto Part decides how the personal data collected on this website and in your account is used. You can reach us at:
ZDS Auto PartWhat we collect
• Your account: full name, phone number, email address and, if you give it, your company’s name. • Your requests: the vehicle (make, model, year, chassis number), the parts you ask for, the photos you add and your notes. • The messages you exchange with us about an order. • Your payments: the amount, the method and the photo of the receipt you send. • Our team may add internal notes to your account to handle your requests.
Why we use it
To price, order and deliver the parts you request; to contact you about your orders; to check your payments; and to keep a record of who changed what on an order. We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell it.
Who else handles it
These services run the website for us and handle your data only on our behalf: • Clerk — sign-in and account security (United States). • Cloudflare — hosting of the website and storage of your photos and receipts. • Neon — the database holding your orders, located in the European Union (Frankfurt). If you write to us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp’s own terms apply to that conversation.
How long we keep it
Your account and your orders are kept while your account is open, and afterwards for as long as we need them for our records and legal obligations. You can ask us to close your account at any time.
Your rights
Under Algerian Law 18-07 on the protection of natural persons in the processing of personal data, you can ask to access the data we hold about you, to have it corrected, and to object to its processing. You can change your name and phone number yourself on your account page, and your email and password in your account’s security settings. For anything else, contact us using the details above.
Cookies
We use only the cookies the website needs to work: one that remembers your language for a year, and those Clerk sets to keep you signed in. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.
